Price Update Coming in December – It’s been two years since our last price adjustment for BricksExtras, and a lot has happened in that time.
More useful elements, new capabilities, deeper compatibility with the latest Bricks features (components, filters, interactions, etc.), and expanded many existing elements based on user feedback to increase use cases.
To reflect the increased value, ongoing development, and efficient support, it’s time for a new price for lifetime access this December.
What’s New to BricksExtras?
Over the last few months, BricksExtras has evolved into a far more powerful toolkit. Here are some major highlights:
Media Player, Playlists and Audio Player – Probably the most customisable media player currently available for WordPress, with the ability to build your own custom UI in Bricks. Supports video, audio, chapters, captions, query-loop playlists, audio waveforms, timestamp links, HLS video streaming support and all that good stuff.
Favorites/Wishlist – A complete “favorite post” solution with Bricks’ query loop integration; ideal for allowing users to create reading lists, product wishlists, saved videos, or any custom post type. Full layout control using query loops – build the favorites lists the same way as you would any list of posts / archives.
3d Panorama Viewer – This recent addition allows you to create virtual tours from your panoramic images with hotspots and scene links for showcasing locations or features across multiple scenes.
Page Tours – Guide users step-by-step through any workflow or interface. The individual steps of the tours are fully nestable and so fully designable visually inside Bricks, giving complete control over each step’s content and appearance.
QR Code – Easily generate customizable QR codes for contact pages, event tickets, product info, or anything scannable.
Element Interactions
BricksExtras elements now come with their own set of triggers and actions, allowing you to add custom behaviours between elements to create user experiences beyond what is possible via the built-in element settings.
Some common use cases include..
- Clicking a button to move a slider a specific number of slides
- Opening an accordion automatically when a lightbox opens
- Pausing audio when the user scrolls away from the player
- Hiding a video behind a signup form after the user has watched a certain amount of content.
- Triggering a popup when a countdown ends.
- & combining multiple behaviours together
All from Bricks interactions’ settings.
Integrations and Compatibility
Nearly all BricksExtras elements now fully support Bricks’ modern workflow and latest features, including:
- Component-aware elements with component-level scoping
- Full compatibility with Bricks’ filtering system (AJAX search, filters, dynamic content, etc.)
- Seamless behavior inside components, templates, and dynamic loops
As Bricks continues to evolve (Bring on Bricks’ component slots & motion effects! 💪) BricksExtras will keep growing right alongside it, making sure to fit nicely into the Bricks workflow.
